A MAN was arrested for being drunk and disorderly in Swansea city centre twice in the space of 24 hours, a court has heard.
A drunken Mark Clayden was initially arrested on Friday evening after going into the reception of Swansea Central police station - showing staff his prison release papers and a train ticket to Manchester - and banging on the windows.
