TWO cannabis dealers caught in a car in the Penlan area of Swansea with a stash of the drug have avoided jail.
When police stopped Daniel Begley and Dean Phillips in December last year officers could smell the drug in the vehicle — and a search uncovered some 25grams of cannabis hidden in various locations around its interior.
