A MAN is due to appear in court in connection with an alleged fraud connected to a Swansea homeless charity.
Robert Mark Davies has been charged with fraud by abuse of position, and will appear at Cardiff Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, February 21.
The 49-year-old is understood to be the former head of finance at Swansea Cyrenians, and was arrested in December 2014 on suspicion of 'an extensive' fraud, believed to be up to £1million.
