THE former head of finance at a homeless charity has appeared in court accused of committing fraud.Robert Mark Davies, 49, was previously worked with Cyrenians Cymru based in Swansea and was in charge of finances there.He was arrested in December 2014 on suspicion of an "extensive fraud".The defendant has been charged with fraud by abuse of position and appeared at Cardiff Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.Davies did not enter a plea at the hearing and his case was sent to Cardiff Crown...
