A BANNED driver caught by police behind the wheel of a car he had just bought has been sent to jail.
Sam Baltzer was pulled over by an officer on Trawler Road in Swansea's Maritime Quarter on the evening of April 21, and a check showed he had been disqualified from driving in January 2015 – after being caught driving following a previous ban in May 2013.
