A MAN has been charged with the murder of soldier Private Matthew Boyd.Mr Boyd, from the Royal Gibraltar Regiment, was found injured and unconscious in Lion Street, Brecon, at around 1am on Sunday, and died later at hospital.Dyfed-Powys Police said a 23-year-old man has been charged with murder and a 22-year-old man with affray.
