A MOTHER who left three young children home alone while she went to the shops has a police caution for a similar offence last year — when she left them early in the morning to go to a car boot sale.
Swansea Magistrates Court heard PCSOs went to the family house on the evening of July 17 on an unrelated matter but could not get a response to their knocks on the front door.
