DETECTIVES investigating an incident at a Swansea Sainsbury's this morning have confirmed they are now searching for two men in connection with an attempted armed robbery.
Police initially said officers were called to a burglary-in-progress at the Sketty branch on Gower Road at 6.45am - but they have now confirmed it was an attempted armed robbery, with two men in hooded tops and armed with a hammer and iron bar approaching staff handling a delivery and demanding money.
