A teenager stabbed a man he had never met before in the shoulder, after the pair had exchanged words at a house party in Port Talbot.The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had attended the address in Aberavon where the party was being held on March 26, when the confrontation began in the early hours.
